perfect pushup routine I have been trying the "perfect pushup" from bodyrev and since I work as a labourer at Moxon timbers - I have to have strength and stamina. I have used it for 3 days and my strength increased. I even took it to work because I was so happy with the results that 2 other guys will buy one as well. Perfect Pushups are a pair of rotating handles and you follow the routine of 8,6,4,2 in 2 minutes for normal,wide and narrow which I am doing. I have increased my production at work by 50% since I am faster.
