Motivition in work performance
Many people including myself have found getting into a good job very difficult. This is my successful actions that have worked and I have passed onto others. After sending resumes and going to interviews and getting not enough experience or not suitable. The next best thing to do is: Step 1: You have chosen your field - coming from uni or choosing a new path. Do volunteer work through Centrelink or agencies. There are plenty around. Step 2: This the most important and neglected. I have observed people bypass any selection criteria, interview and resume application. Have a good attitude, ask questions relative to the work and display that the work you do is of professional standard. Take responsibility for what you can control. I have done it, my friends have done and you can do it. Step 3: This won't happen overnight but it will happen.
Why?
Employers judge people and have been let down.
Show them that you are not that person and you win and they win. Try it.
